Due to the nature of our business and the custom or high-value nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect, or do not meet agreed specifications, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt.
  • We will review the case and provide a solution, which may include replacement, repair, or credit – depending on the situation.
  • All return or exchange requests must be authorized in writing by Shimmera prior to shipment.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
